Aluminum Casting Services You Can Count On
General Die Casters offers reliable aluminum casting services. With decades of experience, we’re ready to take on your next challenge.
Aluminum Castings & Alloys
We cast a wide range of aluminum alloys to match your exact needs. This includes alloys 390, 380, 383, 360, and 413. Whether you need a high-volume production run or a specialized alloy for a demanding environment, we’re here to help.
Tooling Transfers
Looking to move your tooling from an existing supplier? We make it simple and fast. When we receive tooling, we use our engineering expertise to evaluate it. If needed, we’ll quickly make modifications and get it sampled, approved, and back into production.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining capabilities help you achieve tight-tolerance components. Keeping this process under one roof means fewer handoffs, faster turnaround, and consistent quality control.
Tooling Engineering
Our team is trained to develop tools that meet your requirements and minimize production costs. We use Magma Flow simulation software and 3D CAD modeling in SolidWorks to optimize designs before a tool is ever cut. We also support import/explot across all major CAD formats, so working with us fits seamlessly into your existing workflow. When the final design is finished, we’ll manage the construction of your cast and trim dies. We’ll also follow through on the sampling and approval process. Our engineers lead the project throughout its life and support you in managing your tooling investment.
Quality Assurance
The members of our quality team are experts on your product requirements. This expertise, combined with the latest tools, is used to monitor and control aluminum casting quality. Our goal is to prevent non-conforming castings from ever reaching the customer.
Assembly
Simplify your supply chain by allowing us to handle assembly. We have decades of experience assembling our die castings using the traditional customer-supplied components. We’re always open to exploring opportunities to add maximum value.
Finishing
Need castings that can be placed directly into your assembly process? We offer finishing services to make that happen. Our surface finishing options include anodizing, chromating, e-coating, plating, powder coating, and polishing. We also offer mechanical finishing like ball burnishing, blast tumbling, and sanding. Additionally, our team can complete heat treating, impregnation, pressure testing, painting, and packaging services.
